Product is fine, customer service was absolutely terrible. Do not buy from this company. Ordered and money was charged but did not receive the products for over 2 months. Emailed numerous times, tried reaching out on Instagram and heard nothing back at all. It wasn’t until I reported them to the Fair Trade commission that my products then turned up after two months with no explanation or apology. Very disappointing!
Absolutely love the colour of this comb, so aesthetic and it is so amazing for detangling your hair! Especially to keep on to go and much gentler than brushes.
